- Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I will enter your home’s information into the MLS, giving your home exposure to over 2,500 Realtors in Larimer, Boulder, and Weld counties.
- Email Blast. An email announcing the listing of your home will be sent to over 2,500 local real estate agents that may have a buyer for your home.
- Blue Ribbon Home Warranty. The major systems in your home will be inspected and 14 months of coverage will given to the buyers of your home.
- Virtual Tour. I will create a virtual tour and display it on the Internet. Over 85% of buyers are shopping online before they buy! It is important to make sure your home has a strong online presence.
